How to Book A Taxi on The Internet

A taxi company in Guangzhou launched a special taxi-calling service recently. Just visit http://www.gjlqjt.com/. On the left hand side of the home page, there is a picture of a yellow taxi with the writing, "黄的预约 (booking for yellow taxis)". You should click here and fill in the form. There is a warning however, on-line booking should be done one day in advance.

Users should submit their data including name, mobile number, number of passengers and amount of luggage one day ahead before 15:00. Staffs of the serving center will call you back later to confirm the booking.

The online-booking service is only provided in downtown Guangzhou (not including Panyu, Huadu, Huangpu and Baiyun districts) from 7:00 to 21:00. Booking is free. (By Carrot Chan, Alan Devey)
